Luxury Winter Sun Holiday Destinations
Six Senses Laamu, Maldives
With its private beach and on-land and over-water villas, Six Senses is a sustainable luxury resort nestled deep in the Indian Ocean. Glass bottom bathtubs offer uninterrupted viewing of the fish below, whilst hammocks swing lazily over the waters of your villa.

The Fairmont Royal Pavilion rests quietly on a half mile strip of powder soft sands. Suites within the classic colonial-style resort offer private furnished terraces, fast-track VIP airport arrival transport, complimentary canapés, and a butler service.
One & Only The Palm, Dubai
Contemporary interiors are blended with Moorish and Andalusian architecture in this intimate Dubai beach resort. Providing sweeping views of the Dubai skyline, the hotel’s luxury poolside cabanas are surrounded by manicured gardens and are near the elaborate offering of day-time water sports. Experience first-class dining in the hotel’s 5* STAY restaurant, headed by 3 Michelin Star French Chef, Yannick Alléno.
Royal Mansour, Marrakech, Morocco
A destination fit for a king (literally – this famous 5-star hotel is owned by King Mohammed VI of Morocco). Located within the walls of old Marrakesh, each guest is provided with one of the 53 individual luxury riads, buried amongst 1.5 hectares of the hotel’s gardens and pools. Michelin Chef Yannick Alléno makes a second appearance in this list, leading the meticulous menus of the Royal Mansour’s restaurant, La Grande Table Marocaine.
Las Ventanas Al Paraiso, A Rosewood Resort, Mexico
Las Ventanas is a chic boutique retreat overlooking the sparkling seas of Los Cabos. Translating to ‘Windows to Paradise’, the resort well and truly lives up to its enchanting name. Guests enjoy services personalised to their needs, including a dedicated villa host or butler. And the pampering does not stop with people! This pet-friendly paradise provides your pampered pooch with special ‘canine menus’, massages, ‘doggy butlers’ (to assist them on daily walks), and dog yoga classes. Luxury Ski Holiday Destinations
The Hakuchozan, Niseko, Japan

Located in Niseko’s Grand Hirafu Village, this luxury chalet combines top class architecture with functionality, and is sympathetic to the needs of children and older generations. Relax in the patio jacuzzi whilst sipping on your favourite drink and admiring the views across Mt. Yotei or speed off to the slopes with your private chauffeur. Book between late December and March for the best of the season.
Cheval Blanc Courchevel, France
Hailed by Conde Naste Traveller as the “Best hotel in Courchevel for Foodies”, Cheval Blanc Courchevel is a contemporary ski-in ski-out hotel delivering direct access the most magnificent ski domain in France (if not, the world). The snowfall in this area keeps runs in spectacular ski conditions, and visitors are rewarded with 150 kilometres of alpine slopes to enjoy the day across. The hotel invites guests to embark on a sensational taste experience within their two Michelin star restaurant, Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc. The team pride themselves on fusing traditional French flavours with modern, creative experimentation.
Badrutt’s Palace, St. Moritz, Switzerland
Overlooking the glittering St. Moritz lake, Badrutt’s Palace is a member of Leading Hotels of the World. The gothic-style hotel boasts seven restaurants, and the famous Igniv restaurant has gained quite a buzz (and a Michelin star) for its imaginative spin on sharing plates. The resort of St. Moritz was built in 1864, and it continues to age like a fine wine as visitors continue to make the pilgrimage here to its snowy peaks beginning at nearly 6,000 feet.
